Barrie to Wasaga beach event

Originally my event was to be held on May 7th, but there has been a glitch in this event and I had to change the date. The event had to be moved up one week later, to Sat May 14 to accommodate technical difficulties and commitments.

My Sunday run

23km in the books! I managed to run the whole distance in under 3 hour to my satisfaction.

My route today....
