Training and painting

Yesterday was a busy day, I went out pricing materials to build my bedroom in the basement and so far the tally for just wood, nails, drywall, light fixtures, wiring, utility boxes, switches etc come to $1000.00 which isn't to bad. After shopping I went for a 10k run with Joanne at a cruise pace and managed it in 1 hour on the nose with a little help with me pushing her to make the hour. I literally was pushing her back as I was running along side of here to get her to run faster sprinting out the lasty 1k to the finish. After our shower she took a nap and I painted the basement floor to seal the concrete before building up the walls to the bedroom.





How do you like the color?? Not to worry it will be covered up with carpeting.
