Snow day

We are getting hit with a spring snowstorm today, I can't decide if I should take a snow day from work or not? about 4 inch's have fallen already with more to come. the problem with taking a snow day is in Toronto where I work it's not snowing just raining with mixed precip. Should I chance the drive or not?
