Recovery week

Well it's been a week since my Barrie to Wasaga beach event and I have to say how surprised I am with my recovery. My outer quads were a little sore the Sunday and Monday after,but not to bad. By Wednesday I was able to do some short recovery runs and today I ran 6km with Joanne with the running group.

Also this week I swam Monday, and Friday and Saturday I rode 70km on my bike on a gorgeous Warm sunny spring Saturday day, then did some gardening and planted my veg garden. How does it look?




So now I am enjoying the rest of my long weekend lazying around and maybe take in the fireworks down by the waterfront tomorrow night. Cheers!
