With the groundhog out today seeing his shadow on this bright sunny day and running back in his hole, means there is six more weeks until spring. Either way there is six more weeks until spring.
So it's time to ramp up my training after a pithy month of training in Jan.
My knee is starting to feel better, and didn't bother me or hurt while I swam. I swam my first 2000m of the year and I did some water running with no ill effects on my knee, so that's good.
Tomorrow I will try some easy walking slow running on the treadmill, knee willing? But no diving, maybe I'll try diving on Thurs.
