I swam over the weekend putting in 1000m Sat and 1500m Sun.
Today is a New holiday here in Ontario, called Family day. The rec center is closed so I can't swim. I decided to go down in my basement and try some walking on the treadmil and a little biking.
I walked 4 miles at 3.5 mph and on every mile I stopped, did some stretching, and some reps with my weights, doing squats, presses and sit-ups. At the 3 mile mark of my walk I added 15 min bike spin.
I'll keep this workout going for the next few weeks, adding more walking distance each time, and maybe longer spins in between untill I can start running.
